Cartier Coussin Bamboo 78110 in 18K YG w/ Cartier Pouch Unpolished

The Cartier Coussin 78110 is one of the incredible vintage Cartier models. The cases are interesting and nicknamed the Bamboo. The watch is a manual wind timepiece. These models have grown to become highly collectible over recent years. This example dates to circa 1970s. It features an 18K yellow gold case. The case appears to be unpolished. The case measures 20mm in diameter and 27mm in length. The Pairs dial is very nice and without any signs of wear or crazing. Often, these have crazing.

The watch does not come with box and papers. It was recently serviced by Cartier and is running well. It is paired on a black Cartier strap with 18k yellow gold Cartier buckle. The watch comes with a red Cartier pouch.
