Heuer Fisher Stopwatch 51mm w/ Sticker
Most of us are familiar with Heuer’s fantastic track and racing history, but lesser discussed are the timing instruments made for the laboratory! The brand was the preeminent maker of stopwatches for scientific settings. Fisher was a seller of scientific instruments supplies in Pennsylvania, USA.
This stopwatch dates to the 1960s. It measures 51mm in diameter and is 17mm thick. We love these sentimental entries into the world of Heuer without the commitment of a several thousand dollar watch. This stop watch has a stop start reset chronograph, with 30 minute elapsed time sub dial at 12 o’clock. This example features a caseback sticker, from the departments of Pharmacology, Medicine and chemistry at the University of Tennessee.
The watch does not come with a box and papers. The service history is unknown, but it is running well.
