Movado Super Sub Sea Chronograph Reference 206-705-502
In the late 1960s and early 1970s, Movado and Zenith teamed up often in designs of sports watches, particularly dive watches and chronographs. This Movado Super Sub Sea Chronograph epitomizes that collaboration. The reference 206-705-502 began production in 1969 and is one of the first watches from the two brands. The watch contains a variety of attractive design choices, most notably the cushion case, orange inner dive bezel, elongated central minute hand with the large arrow at the tip, and orange lollipop central seconds hand. The watch comes with its original Movado by Gay Frères ladder bracelet.
The case measures to 40mm and is 15mm thick. It is lightly polished. The dial retains all of its original tritium lume. The watch does not come with box or papers.
