Pair of Rolex Submariner Ref 5513s with/ Sequential Serial Numbers
We are excited to offer a pair of Rolex Submariner reference 5513s with sequential serial numbers. Yes, you read that correctly. The odds of finding a pair of Submariners with back-to-back serial numbers is extremely low, so this is quite a rare (and possibly once in a lifetime) offering. The watches both feature 1.72M serial numbers dating to circa 1967. There are many ways to look at this as a collector, but certainly it would make for an incredible unheard of gift from a parent to their sibling children. Perhaps even two brothers with a penchant for 1960s Rolex could wear the pair!
The first example features a long 5 insert that is jet black. The lume is puffy and has nice patina. The watch is paired on a 7206 Rolex rivet bracelet with 80 end links which are correct dating to 1962. The case has been polished. The pip lights up longer than the luminous hands and dial.
The following example features a faded insert that is grey. The hands have been replaced. The watch is paired on a 7206 Rolex rivet bracelet with 80 end links which are correct dating to 1967. The case has been polished.
