Patek Philippe Amagnetic Reference 3417 w/ Extract
The Patek Philippe reference 3417 is an iconic model with a very interesting role in the manufacturer’s history. The 3417 was introduced in 1958 and remained in production into the late 1960s. While many antimagnetic timepieces were being produced - the likes of the Railmaster, Milgauss, Ingenieur - Patek Philippe created a refined offering for the professional. This example dates to circa 1962. The case has been lightly polished. The watch measures 35mm in diameter (43mm lug-to-lug). It features the 3rd series dial without the Amagnetic font.
This watch does not include the original box and papers. It is powered by the calibre 27-AM 400.
The watch comes with an Extract from the Archives. It does not come with box and papers. We do not know the service history, but it is running well. It is paired on a contemporary beads of rice bracelet by Private Eyes.
