Rolex Gilt Submariner Reference 5513 Unpolished

This gilt-dial Rolex Submariner is certainly one of the most attractive 5513s I have ever held. The reference 5513 is an iconic sports watch which was introduced in circa 1962. This example features a 1.19M serial dating to late 1965. The case appears to be unpolished. It is paired on a Rolex 7206 bracelet with the correct 80 end links dating to 1965. The bracelet is very firm and possibly original to the watch. The lume is incredibly attractive and a great color. The glossy gilt dial is well preserved and incredible.

We do not know the service history, but it is running well. It does not come with box and papers. It recently passed a water resistance test of 5 bar.
