Rolex GMT-Master Transitional Ref. 16750 with Extra Bezel
Originally designed for Pan-Am pilots in the 1950s, the Rolex GMT-Master is one of the most sought-after models in the brand’s lineup. Due to its incredible heritage and iconic look, it remains a flagship model for Rolex to this day. The reference 16750 was introduced in circa 1979 with a production run until circa 1988. These models feature the calibre 3075, which improved upon the previous reference 1675’s movements with higher vibrations per hour at 28,800 and a quick-set date function.
This example, with a 7.36M serial number, dates to circa 1982. It is paired with the original reference 783600 Oyster bracelet with an H clasp code dating to circa 1983, with correct 580 end links. The case and bracelet have been polished in the past. The ”Pepsi” bezel features strong blue and red colors. The watch comes with an additional all black bezel that is period correct.

The watch recently passed a water resistance test of 5 bar. The watch does not come with a box or papers. The service history is unknown, but it is running well.
