Rolex Meters First Red Submariner Ref 1680

This Rolex Submariner reference 1680 is a very cool sports watch dating to circa 1971 with a 2.67M serial. The case has been polished, but is attractive. The dial, minute and hour hand all have the original lume which is a nice pale color. It features the highly collectible “Red” Submariner dial. It is paired on a Rolex folded link bracelet dating to circa 1971.

It does not come with box and papers. We do not know the service history but it is running well. It recently passed a water resistance test of 5 bar.
