Rolex Non-Luminous Day-Date Cigarette Hands Reference 1803 on Rivet Bracelet in 18K YG Unpolished

This Rolex Day-Date reference 1803 is a phenomenal example with a beautiful non-luminous dial and the uncommon “cigarette” hands. These “cigarette” hands are found in very few examples from the mid 1960s. The case is 18k yellow gold and measures 36mm in diameter. The case appears to be unpolished. It has a 1.66M serial dating to 1966. It is paired on the rare Rolex Oyster bracelet in 18k yellow gold by Gay Freres with B date code dating to 1977. It was paired later and looks incredible. Non-luminous Rolex watches are some of my favorite wristwatches and this example is out of this world.

The watch does not come with box and papers. We do not know the service history, but it is running well. It recently passed a water resistance test of 5 bar.
