Rolex Submariner Ref. 1680 Unpolished

The Rolex Submariner is one of the great sports watches and for great reason. This reference 1680 dates to circa 1978 with a 5.4M serial. The case appears to be unpolished. It is folded link Rolex bracelet with C date code dating to 1978 and is likely original to the watch.

The watch does not come with box and papers. We do not know the service history, but it is running well and keeping good time. It recently passed a water resistance test of 5 bar.
