Rolex Submariner Ref 16800 Unpolished

The Rolex Submariner is one of the most renowned sports watches of all time. This transitional reference 16800 features a 8.4M serial number dating to circa 1984. It is paired with the original reference 93150 Oyster bracelet, with an I6 date code, from circa 1984. It has the correct 593 end-links. This example is in incredible condition. It is unpolished and still has the original case-back sticker. The dial features tritium indices with white metal surrounds that have developed a very attractive warm patina.

We do not know the service history, but the watch is running well. It recently passed a water resistance test of 5 bar. It does not come with the original box or papers.
