Vacheron Constantin 222 Ref. 46003 in Two Tone Unpolished w/ Extract

This Vacheron 222 is an extremely cool and uncommon watch. This example is a two-tone in stainless steel and 18k yellow gold. The watch features an incredible integrated bracelet. The watch measures approximately 33.5mm in diameter. It features an automatic movement. The bracelet will fit a wrist approximately 7 inches. The case is strong and appears to be unpolished. 

This watch does not come with a box and papers. It does come with an extract from the archives. It was originally sold in 1981. We do not know the service history, but it is running well.
