Vacheron & Constantin Florentine Finish Ref. 4108 18k YG Unpolished

This Vacheron & Constantin is a special and elegant dress watch in 18k yellow gold. The watch features an intricate Florentine finish along its rectangular case. It measures 33mm x 25mm. The watch is paired with a black crocodile leather strap and a yellow gold plated buckle. The watch dates to the 1960s.
