Vacheron Constantin Steel 1945 Box & Papers

This is an extraordinarily cool and rare Vacheron Constantin with a 1945 engraving on it that was originally sold in Sweden. I purchased it at auction in Sweden last year. The watch includes its original retailer box and receipt, something I just haven't seem from a Vacheron from that period. It is 32mm in diameter excluding the crown. The Vacheron signature on the dial is quite faded, but it is visible and a very important "survivor" that remains unpolished. Vacheron Constantin just confirmed the watch is a reference 4190 and the watch was made in 1943. An Extract from Vacheron Constantin is on its way to me. The watch was just serviced and is running well.
